Baked Pork Chops with Onion, Mayo & Cheese

Ingredients
- 4 Boneless pork chops
- 1 white onion
- 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
- 8 teaspoons of mayo
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Preparation
- Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
- Step 2
Spread mayo on top of each pork chop.
- Step 3
Add onion slices to top of mayo spread.
- Step 4
Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 5
Bake for 45 minutes.
- Step 6
Remove pork chops and cover with shredded parmesan cheese.
- Step 7
Bake for additional 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Step 8
